アプリケーションCOP油ろ過機は、使用済み食用油、汚れた植物油、溝油、フラッシング油、動物油などをろ過するために特に使用されます。 使用済み油から粒子、臭気、水、酸、アルコールなどを効果的かつ完全に除去します。 処理されたオイルはきれいで透明で、良い香りがします。 COPは、フライ工場、油レストラン、食用油工場、植物油工場、廃油回収倉庫などに最適な洗浄機です。 処理油の用途に応じて、さまざまな機械本体を選択できます。 食用として使用する場合は、ステンレススチール製のケースを選択することをお勧めします。 産業用途の場合は、スチールカーボンハウジングを選択することをお勧めします。 作業現場に応じてスキッドタイプと移動式（空気入りタイヤ付トレーラー）をおすすめします。 特長 1. 本システムは 2 つの部分から構成されます。 1 つはプレスフィルター、もう 1 つは真空油浄化システムです。 プレスフィルターは大小の不純物を除去できます。 洗浄精度は1マイクロに達します。 真空システムには 3 つのフィルターステージ (一次フィルター、質量水分離器、精密フィルター) が装備されています。 プロセス全体は真空条件下で行われます。 2.一次フィルターは錆びにくく耐食性に優れたステンレス製です。 これは主にプレスフィルターから逃げる残留不純物を除去し、油が水分離器と真空分離器に入るときに不純物がないことを保証します。 水分離器には特殊なフィルターが装備されています。 これは主に油から大部分の水を除去します。使用済みの食用油には通常、常に多量の水分が含まれているため、油から大部分の水を除去する必要があります。 水分離器を通過した後の油には、微量の水と可溶性水のみが含まれます。 4.水分離器のプロセスの後、油は三次元二重蒸発と膜蒸発を採用する真空分離器に入ります。 オイルの性質を保護するために、オイルの温度は 80°C 以下であることが望ましいです。当社の機械は真空および低圧条件下で動作するため、オイルを 100°C まで加熱する必要はありません。 通常、油を45℃に加熱するだけで、微量の水、可溶性水、酸、アルコール、その他の揮発性液体などを完全かつ効果的に除去できます。 5.微細フィルターにはステンレス鋼フィルターが装備されており、その洗浄穴は1マイクロ未満であり、オイルが完全に透明で不純物がないことを保証できます。 技術的パラメータ
